Services
Customers will receive a facility audit, recommendations for engineering design, bid-ready documents, vendor selection support, construction administration, commissioning and measurement and verification services.

Audit Cost
100% incentivized

Project Incentive
Incentive gives the project a three- to six-year simple payback.  After the incentive buy-down, the remaining project costs can be financed through the program, with participants repaying the balance over time.

All other commercial and industrial customers

Contractor
Use your own engineering or installation contractors or work with a network of Engineered Solutions Service Providers.

Services
Tier 1 services are available, but not all are required and will be determined based on each project.

Project Incentive
Incentives for technical assistance and other project-related costs are determined on a project-by-project basis. Incentives can cover up to 60% of the total project cost. The remaining project costs can be financed through the program, with participants repaying the balance over time.
